3D Printing Filament Stock

We carry a number of filament types and colors in stock. The list below is updated regularly.

About our Ratings
Our ratings are based on experience and manufacturer ratings, not on any empirical data, at least for now. A higher number indicates a better result.
Impact Resistance - The ability for the filament and printed part to withstand an impact like being dropped. Impact resistant materials will either have no damage or will show minor cosmetic damage in most cases. Materials with low impact resistance will crack or break.
Flexibility - This is characterized as the ability to return to its original shape after being deflected, and also the amount of force required to flex the material. A high number means the material returns to its original shape easily and usually doesn't take much force to deflect.
Hardness - How sensitive the material is to scratches. A low number means it can be easily scratched, a high number means it will take effort. This also indicates ease of working - soft materials will carve and sand easily while hard materials will take more effort.
Tensile Strength - How strong the material is when pulled on. This is a good indicator of the overall strength of your part.
Temperature Resistance - At what temperature does the printed part start to soften. A material with a low resistance can deform if left in your car in the summer. A material with a high resistance could be exposed to boiling water without deforming.
Warp Rating - This rating gives an idea of how stable the material is while printing. Due to the internal stresses developed from the temperature difference caused by the printing process, a material with a high warp rating will not be straight and flat after printing.
